Pennies and Products for Puerto Rico


One of our staff members has family in Puerto Rico and she will be sending supplies to family and community  members.  We would like to invite members of our Green Acres community to help collect donations through the month of October.   Cash donations are most welcome as many products will be shipped. Here is a list of needed supplies to be collected at each grade level:


Kindergarten

Personal Hygiene Products

(toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, etc.)


Grade 1

Snack Products

(granola bars, peanut butter crackers, fruit cups, instant soup, milk/juice boxes, etc.)


Grade 2

Baby Products

(diapers, baby wipes, etc.)


Grade 3

Disinfecting Wipes and Hand Sanitizer


Grade 4

Dried Food Products

(rice, pasta, beans, dog and cat food)


Grade 5

Batteries

(all sizes)


Staff Members

Health Care Products

(bandaids, neosporin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, allergy and cold  medicines

diarrhea medicine, etc.)


Teachers: Please collect products and money in your classroom.  You can send items to the library whenever you want it gone.  Fifth graders will also periodically come by with a cart to collect.
