BOARD OF SCHOOL COMMITTEE
The Manchester Board of School Committee is a policy board charged with oversight of Manchester School District. The elected 15-member board includes one member from each of the city's 12 wards, as well as two at-large committee members. The Mayor of Manchester serves as the Chair of the board, while the Vice-Chair is chosen by members of the board. At-Large Committee Member Jim O'Connell is the Vice-Chair.
